Executive Officer, Marine Force Storage Command
Maj. Keith Q. Rudolf

Major Rudolf assumed duties as executive officer, Marine Force Storage Command, Marine Corps Logistics Command, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, in June 2025.

He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps following graduation from Batesville High School in Batesville, Indiana. He completed recruit training in October 2000, at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, and attended the United States Army Quartermaster School, Fort Lee, Virginia, where he earned the military occupational specialty of 1391, bulk fuel specialist.

In February 2001, he reported to Combat Service Support Detachment 21, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, where he served with Headquarters Squadron, Bulk Fuels Department. During this tour, he served as senior laboratory technician and section leader and was promoted to sergeant.

In October 2004, he reported to Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, where he served as airfield operations platoon sergeant, embarkation chief, training chief, and Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor. He participated in exercises Foal Eagle, Cobra Gold, Southern Frontier, and other regional exercises throughout the Indo-Pacific.

In July 2007, he attended the Basic Recruiter’s Course and was assigned to 9th Marine Corps District, Recruiting Station Indianapolis, Indiana, where he served as production recruiter and officer selection assistant. He was promoted to staff sergeant in November 2008. While on recruiting duty, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Park University in December 2009 and subsequently applied for commissioning.

In December 2010, he reported to 8th Engineer Support Battalion, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, where he served as Bulk Fuel Company training chief until he was selected for the Enlisted Commissioning Program. He attended Officer Candidate School and was commissioned a second lieutenant on March 18, 2011.

Following graduation from The Basic School in October 2011, he attended the Logistics Officers Course at Marine Corps Combat Service Support Schools, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and was assigned the MOS of 0402, logistics officer. He reported to Combat Logistics Battalion 6, Camp Lejeune, where he served as motor transportation platoon commander.

In 2013, he deployed to Camp Shorabak, Afghanistan, with the 3rd Mobile Strike Force–Security Forces Assistance Advisor Team, Regimental Combat Team 7. While deployed, he served as logistics advisor to the Afghan National Army’s 3rd Mobile Strike Force Kandak and liaison officer between inter-service and NATO partner nations. Upon return, he served as transportation support company detachment officer in charge and later as maintenance services company executive officer within CLB-6.

In August 2014, First Lieutenant Rudolf reported to Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Virginia, where he served as aerial delivery project officer and team lead for the Reconnaissance and Amphibious Raids Product Team under the Infantry Weapons System Program Office. During this tour, he earned the MOSs of 0405, aerial delivery officer, and 8057, acquisitions professional candidate.

In August 2017, Captain Rudolf reported to 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, where he served as battalion logistics officer. He deployed to Okinawa, Japan, as part of the Unit Deployment Program rotation. In February 2019, he transferred to 3rd Marine Regiment, where he served as assistant regimental logistics officer and regimental maintenance management officer.

In July 2020, he reported as a student to the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, where he completed the logistics management curriculum, earning the MOS of 8862, material management officer. He was then assigned to Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, Georgia, where he served as military deputy and operations officer within the Supply Chain Management Center.

In June 2025, he reported to Marine Force Storage Command, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, where he serves as executive officer.

Major Rudolf’s personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with two gold stars, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with two gold stars, the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal with two bronze stars, and the Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Park University and a Master of Business Administration in material logistics support management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
