WSMC’s core services are Enterprise Ground Equipment Inventory Management; Wholesale Inventory Control Point Management (Supply Chain); Sustainment Planning and Execution Support and Depot maintenance planning and execution.  Through the execution of these core services, the Weapon Systems Management Teams are able to identify and eliminate those logistical impediments to achieving operational readiness for Warfighter’s ground equipment. WSMC serves to get the right equipment in the right place at the right time ready to fight.
