Mission:
 
Ensuring that every small business concern that wishes to do business with the Marine Corps has the necessary knowledge about the program and tools to successfully participate either as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. We advise the Command Leadership on all matters related to small business and are committed to maximizing the contributions of small business in Marine Corps acquisitions, while ensuring each tax dollar is spent responsibly.

Overview: 

• Advises small business on mandatory registrations required in order to do business with the Command
• Counsels on the solicitation, award, and payment processes
• Explains NAICS codes and small business size standards
• Provides overview of the Command’s mission/function
• Reviews their products and services to determine appropriate Federal customer(s)
• Refers to other Marine Corps elements and/or Federal agencies, if applicable
