1. The Equal Opportunity Representatives Course (EORC) was designed to prepare and train Regiment, Battalion, Squadron, and Company level Representatives on managing their command’s Equal Opportunity program.
2. The Senior Leader’s Workshop (SLW) has been established to assist senior leaders with being proactive and dealing with EO issues and concerns that arise within the unit and assist the immediate chain of command with the necessary tools and knowledge to resolve EO issues at the lowest level possible.
3. The NCO Workshop (NCOW) assists NCOs in identifying and resolving EO issues utilizing the Informal Resolution System (IRS).
4. The Future Leader’s Workshop (FLW) is designed to teach and mentor future junior leaders on Equal Opportunity.
