DOING BUSINESS WITH LOGCOM

Please read each explanation, below before selecting a link:

DUNS - Obtaining a D-U-N-S number (from Dun & Bradstreet) is mandatory for Federal Government Electronic Commerce, which includes CCR and NECO registration.

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) - GSA Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) awarded a contract in February 2010 to consolidate eight of the Federal Procurement Systems and the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA). The resulting new system is called the SAM. Phase 1 for SAM.gov went live 29 July 2012.  Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) are among the eight systems migrated into SAM.  SAM User Guide:  https://www.sam.gov/sam/SAM_Guide/SAM_User_Guide.htm.

NECO - Navy Electronic Commerce Online.  This site is your link to the world of Navy Electronic Business Opportunities.  MCLB Albany publishes solicitations over the $25,000.00 threshold.  You must be registered in the CCR System.  As with the CCR, you will need your DUNS number and CAGE code.  (See first two items, above.)  NECO automatically feeds FedBizOpps.  Note:  As with FedBizOpps, emergency and classified procurements are not published at this site.

WIDE AREA WORKFLOW - Vendors must register in the Wide Area Workflow - Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) System. WAWF-RA is a DoD web-based system for processing invoices, receipts, and acceptance. WAWF Training for Vendors.
