Warehouse Managers should start with the “CSP Roles Description” pages (01 – CSP Roles Description) to determine which role the employee needs. The “CSP Roles Access Grid” will provide a detailed explanations of exactly which functions are available for each role. Use these two together to grasp a true understanding of what each employee will be allowed to do.
Once you have determined which role, complete the required paperwork and forward to the 3PL Training Coordinator. Once the below forms are completed, the 3PL Training Coordinator will forward all necessary documentation to the CSP PMO at the SMB mailbox (smb_logcom_csp_dpas@usmc.mil).

For your required level of access, a specific course is required. These courses will provide required access to all of the Warehouse processes required to perform the specific functions for the DPAS-WM user role.

Once the training has been completed, each user is required to complete and provide the following for DPAS account creation and access;
1. DPAS System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) DD Form 2875
2. DPAS User Agreement
3. *DPAS Role Request Form
4. DPAS Training Certificate (Printed from DPAS eLearning after course completion)
5. Current of DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge Certificate of Completion
*The DPAS Role Request Form will be completed by Rodney Pettit, the CSP Information Owner.
